If the publisher has indirect contact with third parties, he will have to link the sites of the subjects who act as intermediaries between him and the same third parties. The possibility that such links with third parties are collected within a single website managed by a party other than the publisher, as in the case of dealers, is not excluded. In order to keep the responsibility of the publishers distinct from that of third parties in relation to the information provided and the consent acquired for the cookies of the latter through their site, it is considered necessary that the publishers themselves acquire, already in the contractual phase.
